60 started after I was lying on a table about to have a procedure, anxious, and I couldn't remember how to breathe. In through the nose? Out through the mouth? How long? My mind went completely blank on the most basic human function. So I built 60.
My wife — a dentist — suggested a full-screen version for patient-facing monitors. One minute of coherent breathing before a procedure measurably reduces anxiety and pain perception. It works anywhere people sit and wait with somewhere to be and something to feel anxious about.
